Q: The company representative who set up the Loyalty Program account is no longer with the company. How does the company access the points in its account?
A: Because the VWR Loyalty Program is a business-to-business plan only offered by VWR to its corporate customers, the account is associated with the company and not any individual. Q: When is a company’s Loyalty Program account considered inactive?
A: The changes to the program’s terms and conditions are effective April 1, 2019. This activity can be reviewed through the Loyalty account on https://www.vwrloyaltyca.com
Q: Will the company be notified if its Loyalty Program account will be terminated?
A: Yes. An email will be sent to the company’s email address associated with the company’s account 30 days prior to the termination of the account.
